Test Manager – Brisbane

We are searching for a Test Manager to join our Corporate Travel Technology team and lead a team of testers responsible for test planning and execution across various products.
Success in this role will mean you have an uncanny ability to quickly establish respectful and productive working relationships across all levels, take a practical approach to achieving timely outcomes and have organisation skills that are second to none.  Teamwork will be important to you and continuous improvement and progression is always front of mind. 
 
The roll in a nutshell:
 
Build up and lead the Testing Team to the success of project
Define the scope and method of testing within the context of each release / delivery (includes test automation)
Deploy and manage resources for testing
Apply the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
Plan, deploy and manage the testing effort for any given engagement
Build and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Provide advice, guidance and support to test resources and SME’s who participate in testing activities
Develop consistent test artefacts for all testing and release cycles, that adhere to audit requirements
Minimise data & test activities impact to live environments and adhere to industry best practices
Triage, analyse, record and report defects and issues identified during testing
Manage and schedule user acceptance testing across a wide range of systems & web applications
Co-ordinate multiple testing releases and phases
 
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
 
5 years in a similar Test Manager position
Experience in Enterprise test delivery and governance
Strong business stakeholder management
Experience working within an Agile environment
Demonstrated understanding of testing frameworks, quality processes, business risk profiling and analysis
Demonstrated understanding of defect management and resolution processes
