About the Team:
The FCM Digital team is a small, nimble team that is making a giant impact! Our mission is to create the new digital experience that will transform the corporate travel technology ecosystem. Acting as a start-up within a larger organisation, we are looking for a UX Data Analyst who wants to be part of building an open platform where our customers, technology suppliers and travel providers can come together. We are all about maximising flexibility while maintaining the highest degree of user experience.We strongly believe that success is a team effort. The Role:
Working within the product team, you will leverage your analytical skills to produce actionable insights and improve business performance, getting results across all parts of the user journey and at all levels of the funnel. You will provide data and insights to help shape the product roadmap in two key areas:
1. Building our Data Analytics platform: o Set up the right combination of analytics tools for the platformo Define trends in user behaviour both macro on the user lifecycle, and micro, on specific experimentso Identify problem areaso Define success metricso Measure feature usage
2. Use data and analytics to drive the desired user behaviour: o User retention and engagemento Feature adoptiono Compliance with corporate travel programme objectivesYou will also work closely with the design team in A/B testing and user research, complementing the qualitative perspective with a quantitative perspective.
The Expectations:
• You will use your experience in UX Data Analytics to recommend and setup the best suited analytics tools to provide the insights we need.• You will work in a user-centred design approach, drawing on data insights to support and refine the User Experience.• You will work with the Reporting and Analytics team to leverage additional data sets to draw additional insights and validate theories.• You will work with Product Management and the Customer Consulting team to determine how to drive optimal user behaviour.
What you bring:
• 2+ years of success in an analytical role, using different digital analytics tools.• Ability to deep dive in numbers.• Both an analytical and creative personality.• Ability to synthesise and simplify complex problems.• Ability to communicate with key stake holders within development and the larger business (oral and written).• Proficient in English. Spanish is a plus.• “Can do” attitude is mandatory.• Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.
