There is fresh speculation about the health of North Korean leader, Kim Jong-il, after suggestions that a recent photo of him may be a fake, the BBC has reported. The photo, released on Wednesday, shows Kim in the company of military units in North Korea, but an analysis by The Times of London showed inconsistencies in shadows behind Mr Kim and others pictured.
The BBC adds that it has found “mismatched pixels” in the photo, adding further fuel to rumours that the North Korean leader may be seriously unwell.
