Firefly flies to Sumatra

Malaysian Airlines low-cost subsidiary, Firefly, has made its debut flight to Sumatra, Bernama has reported. Firefly used its new ATR72-500 aircraft on its inaugural flight from Subang to Pekan Baru, one of the three new routes to the Indonesian province. The carrier also has plans to launch further Sumatran routes, from Penang to both Medan and Banda Aceh
