Hong Kong Airlines will launch the first direct flight between Hong Kong and Krabi next month.
Commencing in 13 November, the new service will operate daily using an all-economy Airbus A320 aircraft. Outbound flights will depart Hong Kong at 0050 and arrive in Krabi at 0330, while the return services will leave the Thai resort province at 0430 and arrive back in Hong Kong at 0850.
“Hong Kong Airlines attaches great importance to its Thailand market,” said Li Dianchun, the airline’s commercial director. “We are delighted to further expand our Thailand network to Krabi, which is the perfect paradise for vacation. Starting this route allows us to offer a convenient, direct service for visitors from Hong Kong to fully enjoy the gorgeous beaches and sunshine in Krabi.”
The new Krabi service will complement Hong Kong Airlines’ existing six daily flights to Bangkok.
