Foreign tourists have started trickling back into Tibet after China lifted a month-long ban on arrivals. Xinhua reported that a group of 11 German tourists arrived in Lhasa on Saturday for a six-day visit, while more than 200 tourist groups are expected to visit Tibet before 20 April, according to the Tibet Autonomous Regional Tourism Bureau.
