To ensure a pleasant traveling experience, Garuda Indonesia appeals to all passengers to arrange their itinerary at their earliest convenience, avoid changing their schedules, take note of booking conditions, and ensure the passenger’s name is on the ticket – a Garuda staff will compare the information with that on the identity card of the passenger concerned. Lastly, passengers should include a phone number that can be contacted by Garuda Indonesia in case of a change in schedule, etc.
In order to avoid queues forming at the airport’s check-in counters, passengers are urged to make use of the city-check facilities located at Garuda Indonesia sales offices. Considering the traffic on the Soekarno-Hatta toll-road, passengers should allow sufficient travel time before departure at the airport. Airport check-in counters open two hours prior to departure and close an hour before departure time for international flights and forty-five minutes for domestic flights.
Starting this August, Garuda Indonesia launched a new service to add to the customers’ comfort and ease in their travels. KIOSK is a self-service check-in which allows passengers to discard with the traditional desk check-in. In the initial introductory phase, the first batch of KIOSK is located at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and dedicated to passengers traveling without baggage. Gradually, the service will also be found in all our destination airports.
For reservation needs, passengers can contact the Garuda Call center (non-stop 24 hours) at the following numbers: (021) 2351-9999 or 0 804 1 807 807 (accessible via ordinary phone lines or mobile Telkomsel users).
