A giant rogue eel has been terrorising swimmers at a Gold Coast swimming hole, according to a Courier Mail report. The eel, more than a metre long, has reportedly bitten several swimmers at the Gwongoorool rock pool in Binna Burra.
In fact the eel has become so aggressive that rangers from Lamington National Park have placed a sign on the walking trail leading to the rock pool, warning swimmers of eel attacks.
