Gibson Guitar progamme on Norwegian Epic

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has partnered with Gibson Guitar to provide musical equipment for guests onboard the Norwegian Epic. The ‘Check-In-Rock-Out’ programme allows guests to borrow a Gibson guitar, companion pod and amplifier with headphones to take to their staterooms. Each pod includes controls and effects to guests can choose the sound they want to create and song to play. Rental will cost $10 a day except on embarkation and disembarkation days. “We are so excited about this program,” said NCL CEO Kevin Sheehan. “Whether you’re an expert guitarist or an air guitar fan like me, the ‘Check-In-Rock-Out’ programme will let you play like a rock star, in the privacy of your stateroom.” “Our partnership with Norwegian Cruise Line will offer fans from around the world the opportunity to experience music like never before on the high seas,” added Gibson Guitar Chairman and CEO Henry Juszkiewicz.
