Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has announced plans to launch its first dedicated golf resort and branded residences in Dubai. Scheduled to open in 2030, the Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai will be the Group’s third property in the city, combining world-class hospitality with golf, wellness, and lifestyle offerings.

Set within the prestigious Jumeirah Golf Estates development, the resort aims to create a sanctuary where space, wellbeing, and nature come together. It marks a significant step for Mandarin Oriental as it deepens its presence in the Middle East while introducing a new concept of integrated living. The property will feature 121 rooms and suites, along with 97 branded residences ranging from three- to six-bedroom villas. Each residence will have private amenities, including exclusive lounge access, pools, fitness spaces, and meeting areas.
Wellness will be at the heart of the resort, anchored by The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, which will span nearly 5,000 square meters and offer signature treatments in facilities designed to immerse guests in natural surroundings. Additional features include meditation areas, male and female-only pools, a salon, a barber, and three more swimming pools, complemented by wellness-led experiences integrated throughout the property.
As part of the wider Next Chapter development at Jumeirah Golf Estates, residents and guests will also have access to championship golf facilities, including an 18-hole course, driving range, academy, and agronomy programmes. A dedicated Golf Clubhouse will provide lounges, a pro shop, gym, and sports bar.
Beyond golf, the development includes a 7,000-square-metre Equestrian Centre and Clubhouse, offering training facilities, indoor and outdoor arenas, retail spaces, and scenic riding trails. Families will benefit from a Kids’ Club and nursery, while dining options span six venues, from signature Mandarin Oriental gastronomy concepts to casual outlets including a Halfway Hut on the course.
