Gujarat promotes whale sharks

The western Indian state of Gujarat has introduced a new type of tourism - whale shark watching. Anil Mathur reports that the state is trying to take advantage of the thousand-plus whale sharks that come to the Saurashtra coast area during the winter months. Additionally the city of Porbundar will play host to a “Whale Shark Day”.
