Hilton Kuala Lumpur has revamped its food and beverage options with the introduction five new dining and entertainment outlets.
As part of an extensive refurbishment of the hotel, the Hilton KL has added three new restaurant concepts, a new bar and a lounge.
The hotel’s F&B centrepiece is a new all-day-dining restaurant called Vasco’s, which features four show kitchens preparing dishes on the spot for diners. The hotel said the new design was intended to offer an “al fresco outdoor ambience”.
Complementing Vasco’s will be the Chambers Bar & Grill, offering meats cooked over lava stone and charcoal, along with a range of cocktails, single malt whiskies, wines, champagnes and beers. The third restaurant concept is called Graze, offering European dishes in what the hotel calls an “unpretentious but stylish brasserie”.
In addition to the new restaurants, Hilton KL is now home to the Oro Cafe and The Lounge – the latter of which offers views of KL’s Lake Gardens and city skyline.
These five new F&B outlets will run alongside the hotel’s existing Chinese and Japanese restaurants, Chynna and Iketeru, plus the Zeta Bar and poolside cafe.
