HMH reveals new property plans at ATM

Hospitality Management Holdings (HMH) has revealed it is developing a luxury five-star resort in the emirate of Ajman at Arabian Travel Market 2011.The Palace – Ajman will feature 246 keys including two royal suites and will be located on the beachfront. Features will include an array of dining and leisure options, a spa, state-of-the-art fitness centre, meetings facilities and retail outlets.HMH is also developing new properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi – the Corp Al Khoory, Al Wasl Dubai and The Royal Hotel, Abu Dhabi.The three projects will boost HMH’s room supply in the Emirates by 40% adding 378 keys to the group’s current inventory of 938 units. We are extremely grateful to all our owners and associates for their continued confidence in us and hope that travelers and residents alike will enjoy our hospitality.”Strategically located on Al Wasl Road, Corp Al Khoory is in the advanced stages of development and is expected to be operational before the end of the year. The hotel houses 216 well-appointed rooms and suites.In addition to the new agreements, HMH announced the soft launch of Liwa Executive Suites in Abu Dhabi and Coral Residence – Ajman.Noblet said: “We are very excited to welcome guests at Liwa Executive Suites – Abu Dhabi our first hotel in the capital. The grand launch for the boutique property is earmarked in a couple of weeks.” The hotel boasts 54 units and is located within easy reach of Abu Dhabi Mall, Cultural Foundation, Petroleum Exhibition and Zayed Heritage Village.Coral Residence – Ajman features 108 elegant apartments equipped with high-quality features and upscale amenities.
