North Easterners are always looking for value for money which is one the reasons why Turkey is now one of the most popular destinations for the region’s holidaymakers.
That’s been underlined with the announcement from Turkish holiday specialists Holidays 4U that it will be laying on extra flights from Durham Tees Valley Airport next summer.
As well as operating its programme to Dalaman throughout the summer season from May to October, Holidays4U will have an additional flight to Bodrum every Monday in the peak period from the end of July to the end of September.
Seats for the Bodrum flight have gone on sale this week and mark another boost to the rapidly growing programme of sunshine flights from Durham Tees Valley next summer.
