Hungary showcases its MICE facilities

New destinations are fast emerging within the UAE. The Hungarian Tourism Ltd is one of the many new kids on the block. The national body will look to boost promotion of its health tourism products, Meetings, Incentives, Conferencing and Exhibitions (MICE) travel packages and facilities in Budapest.
Gergely Horváth, CEO of Hungarian Tourism Plc said: “The Middle East market has been a growing and increasingly important source market of visitors to Hungary over the last couple of years. We see positive signs to suggest that this trend will continue. We expect a further increase in visitors from the region in 2014.”
As part of its tourism development strategy, Hungarian Tourism will now focus its marketing efforts on highlighting destination and niche markets that target specific consumer segments. In 2014, tourism products for health tourism, MICE, the city of Budapest and Hungary as a honeymoon destination will all be highlighted.
