In response to a rising number of Chinese travellers, the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui has enhanced its traditional Cantonese breakfast menu to include authentic Cantonese dishes.
Chefs at the Cantonese live cooking station will now serve a wide range of Chinese favourites. The noodle station will offer made-to-order shrimp wonton noodles, while a selection of Dim Sum is available on the steamer, including BBQ pork buns and a variety of dumplings. Hot appetisers include fried rice dumplings with pork and Chinese-style baked puff followed by different styles of congee with choices of condiments. Other dishes will include wok-fried rice rolls with XO chilli sauce, stir-fried noodles with squid, fried rice and vegetables.
