IDeaS Revenue Solutions and RateGain today announced the complete certified integration of RateGain’s ChannelGain and PriceGain-Hotels solutions and the IDeaS Revenue Management System (RMS).
The integration offers joint clients and future prospects a way to achieve rate optimisation through multiple distribution channels. The first hotel to take advantage of the joint integration is the Grand Millennium Dubai. Integration with ChannelGain software allows users to work with the recommended rates from the IDeaS RMS and then swiftly push out the approved updates to different channels through a single interface. The system also allows RateGain’s PriceGain-Hotels, a competitor rate shopping tool, to populate information into the IDeaS RMS, making the end rate recommendations more precise. “The integration of our leading RMS with RateGain’s products will result in our clients benefiting from the combined strengths of both these systems, freeing up their time to plan strategically and grow their business,” said Linda Hatfield, Vice President of product management, IDeaS.
