India offers VOA to five new countries

In an effort to boost arrivals, especially during the 2010 Commonwealth Games, India is to allow visa on arrival (VOA) for tourists from five new countries, Anil Mathur reports. Visitors from Singapore, Finland, New Zealand, Japan and Luxembourg will now be able to travel to India without the need to apply for visas in advance.
