ITC Hotels has announced its highest-ever revenue and profits for the third quarter of the financial year 2025–26, marking a significant milestone in its growth trajectory. The company reported a 21% increase in consolidated revenue from operations, reaching ₹1,231 crore, whilst earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) rose by 23% to ₹467 crore. Profit after tax (PAT) before exceptional items surged by 42% to ₹307 crore.
The robust performance was attributed to higher occupancy rates and average daily rates (ADR) across key markets, supported by targeted digital distribution campaigns and loyalty-led initiatives. Room revenue saw a 12% growth, driven by strong demand in the corporate, wedding, and meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) segments. The company maintained a 48% revenue per available room (RevPAR) premium over the industry, reflecting its superior brand standing.
ITC Hotels also expanded its footprint by opening new hotels in several Indian cities, including Bodh Gaya and Jaipur, and achieved a milestone of over 150 operational hotels. The company was recognised as the World’s Leading Sustainable Organisation at the World Sustainable Travel & Hospitality Awards 2025, highlighting its commitment to sustainability.
Looking ahead, ITC Hotels plans to continue its growth momentum by leveraging its 'Asset-Right' strategy, partnering with asset owners to expand in Tier-II and Tier-III cities. The company is also developing a premium 5-star hotel in New Delhi, expected to be completed by 2030, further enhancing its presence in the hospitality sector.
