Jet Airways expanded the range of offerings it provides to members of its frequent flyer programme, JetPrivilege.
Effective immediately, JetPrivilege Platinum & Gold members can access the Plaza Premium Lounge at London Heathrow Airport. Located at the UK hub’s Terminal 4, the lounge provides a selection of food and beverage options, complimentary Wi-Fi and shower facilities, plus “productivity pods” for business travellers.
Jet currently operates three daily flights to London Heathrow.
“We have witnessed a rapid growth in transit travel over London,” said Raj Sivakumar, Jet’s chief commercial officer. “We are excited with our association with Plaza Premium Lounge, as it will ensure an unforgettable relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests bound for their onward journeys while travelling via London Heathrow.”
And the Indian airline has also formed new frequent flyer partnerships with two of its partner airlines, Air Seychelles and Air Serbia. The new arrangements will enable JetPrivilege members to earn JPMiles while flying with the two airlines, and redeem their points for flights.
Jet, Air Serbia and Air Seychelles are all part-owned by Etihad Airways.
