A court in Mumbai has ruled that Jet Airways will be allowed to lease out one Boeing aircraft to Turkish Airlines, in addition to three already leased. The Hindustan Times reported that Jet needed court’s permission due to an on-going dispute with Sahara India Commercial Corporation Ltd (SICCL).
Turkish Airlines will take the aircraft on a dry lease for 25 months, the report added.
