KLM has launched a thrice daily service from Durham Tees Valley to Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam. The new route is part of the airline’s new summer schedule and will depart the UK airport at 06.15, 09.20 and 13.45. “We have a long-standing relationship with KLM and one of the key benefits of the revised schedule is that it means improved links for passengers on flights to and from many destinations including Singapore, Hong Kong, New York and Frankfurt,” said Mike Morton, the airport’s director.
