Korean carriers issue bonds to cover costs

The KoreaHerald, quoting ‘industry sources’, said Korean Air and Asiana Airlinesrespectively sold bonds worth KRW500 billion (US$373 million) and KRW200billion during the first quarter of the year to raise operating funds.
