LAN ECUADOR to launch daily Galapagos flights

LAN ECUADOR, an affiliate of LAN Airlines, will launch regular connections to the Galapagos Islands from September. The company is set to offer a daily flight from Quito and Guayaquil. “This is a big milestone that will allow us to continue to contribute to the development of tourism in Ecuador, by creating more connections to the country and providing excellent service, with the highest standards when it comes to punctuality, reliability and safety,” said Maximiliano Naranjo, General Manager, LAN ECUADOR.During its first year of operation in Ecuador’s domestic market, the Company has flown more than half a million passengers on domestic routes, which include the cities of Quito, Guayaquil and Cuenca. LAN ECUADOR celebrates seven years of operations in the country, from where it also provides international connections to the United States, Europe, Chile and Argentina.The company has a team of 900 people who are dedicated to providing world-class quality service to its domestic passengers and cargo customers. At the same time, LAN ECUADOR is a member of the oneworld alliance, which brings together the best airline companies in the world to offer their customers the alliance’s full range of benefits.
