Loews Hotels & Co has announced the appointment of Kristie Goshow as its new Chief Commercial Officer.
With over two decades of experience in the hospitality and travel industry, Goshow will oversee the commercial strategy for Loews' 27 properties across the US, focusing on sales, marketing, revenue management, and customer engagement.

Goshow, a UK native, is renowned for her strategic thinking and customer-centric leadership.
She previously served as Chief Commercial Officer at Peregrine Hospitality Group and as Chief Marketing Officer at Preferred Hotels & Resorts, and her extensive career also includes roles at Viceroy Hotel Group, Sabre, and Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, where she led marketing and business innovation.
Among her accolades are her being named in Skift’s Women Shaping Travel’s Future and Hotel Management’s Most Influential Women in Hospitality.
Her leadership is expected to enhance Loews Hotels' brand strength and customer engagement, paving the way for future growth and innovation.
