Lufthansa signs US$1.5bn Bombar-deal

Bombardier Aerospace and Deutsche Lufthansa AG have signed a firm purchase agreement for 30 CSeries model CS100 single-aisle aircraft, worth US$1.53 billion at list prices.
The Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation reported that the aircraft will be operated by Lufthansa’s subsidiary, Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. The agreement also includes options on an additional 30 CSeries aircraft.
