Mantra Melbourne unveils new apartments

Mantra on the Park, Melbourne has unveiled a AU$4 million (US$4.1 million) upgrade to its apartments. All 144 one- and two-bedroom apartments have seen a full refurbishment which includes new furniture, 37-inch LCD TVs, iPod docking stations and new kitchens and appliances. All corridors and public areas have been fitted with new carpets and given a new coat of paint.
“It’s a whole new era for Mantra on the Park,” said General Manager, Michael McKinnon. “The hotel has always had loyal customers from both interstate and regional Victoria and it is great to be offering them – and new guests – a fantastic new product that reflects the high standards of the Mantra brand.”
Mantra on the Park’s two split-level three-bedroom penthouses have also been upgraded with unique furnishings. All apartments have full kitchen and laundry facilities and separate lounge and dining areas with large balconies.
