Marriott Australia has started a digital platform which gives ‘peer-to-peer’ advice for teenagers, or families, looking for visitor information.
The company has assembled five Australian teenagers – aged between 14 and 19 – to offer local tips on where best to go for those of a similar age.
The ‘concierges’ will all create tailor made content and develop their own city guide on www.thiscitymyway.com.au.
The programme also has an Instagram profile and will use one-to-one chat site Kik.
This City My Way launches later this month.
