Malaysia Airlines (MAS) customers in Malaysia will be able to check-in via the web and self-serve kiosks for all international travel by year-end.
In a statement, Senior General Manager, Dr Amin Khan, said international customers would be able to do web check-in by next year.
“They can also select their preferred seats online 24 hours before flight departure and print their boarding passes,” he said, adding that customers using the web and kiosk check-in could also drop off their baggage at airport counters.
He said MAS customers for ASEAN destinations could now bypass the queues by checking in via the web or kiosks located at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
