The prime ministers of China and five other Mekong River countries kicked off a two-day summit in Vientiane yesterday on closer regional integration, including tourism.
The Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) groups China’s southern Yunnan and Guangxi provinces with Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos and Myanmar.
