Melbourne faces worst heat wave in a century

Melbourne is preparing for its longest and hottest heat wave in a century, Bloomberg reported. The Victorian capital may have four days of temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius from today, according to Blair Trewin, Climatologist with the National Climate Centre. That would be the most number of consecutive days above 40 degrees since 1908, he said.
