The Midcounties Co-operative Travel is launching its own package holiday brand, offering a wide range of properties and destinations based on feedback from its customers.
The brand, Co-operative Holidays, will only be available via Co-operative Travel’s 60 branches, Personal Travel Agents, or Consortium members.
Agents will have access to a special selection of hotels located in the most popular holiday resorts which have been taken from the Co-operative Rooms portfolio of 50,000 properties, all of which have been selected using existing customer feedback or online ratings on forums such as Trip Advisor.
Alistair Rowland, group general manager of Co-operative Travel, said: “The new Co-operative Holidays brand is the first opportunity we’ve had to offer our customers a different type of package holiday. Our agents will have complete flexibility to provide customers with the widest range of flights, transfers and property types and duration all delivered as a fully bonded inclusive package, giving customers the opportunity to create a package holiday that best suits their lifestyle”.
The product range will also include a greater number of all-inclusive holidays, following a 10% increase in sales year-on-year.
Co-operative Holidays will officially launch early in the New Year.
