Mirvac Hotels & Resorts has announced that the Sea Temple Surfers Paradise will open 15 September 2011. Located in the 77-storey Soul Tower, the new property features a range of two- and three-bedroom apartments, all of which offer balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, and ocean views, as well as separate living and dining areas, full kitchens and laundries and en-suite ‘spa-style’ baths. Units also come equipped with 40-inch LED TVs, home theatre systems and iPod docking stations.
Hotel facilities will include an outdoor pool and spa overlooking Surfers Paradise beach, a landscaped garden and barbecue area, and an infinity-edged indoor lap pool, gymnasium, plunge pool, spa, sauna and steam room. A restaurant and bar will open in December.
Sea Temple Surfers Paradise is the latest addition to Mirvac’s portfolio, which currently includes 46 hotels, apartments and resorts across Australia.
