Five of Morocco’s hotel and tourism entities have been recognised for improving the quality of their training.

The public and private sector organisations that have received a Seal of Excellence for Vocational Training in Hospitality and Tourism in 2016 are The Specialized Institute of Technology Hotel and Tourist Mohammedia under the Ministry of Tourism; ISHR Polo Casablanca under OFPPT; ISHR Marrakech within OFPPT; Casablanca Hotel School in the private sector; and CCFA Marrakech in the private sector.

Morocco’s Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training presented each entity with their Seal of Excellence on Friday 29 July at a ceremony co-organised with the National Office of Vocational Training and Work Promotion, the National Confederation of Tourism and the National Federation of Teaching Professional Private. The certification recognises that each entity provides hospitality and tourism training in line with the standards and criteria of quality and performance required by the Guidelines for Excellence Label, developed by the Ministry of Tourism in cooperation with OFPPT and sector professionals.
