Graham Evans MP is to share his thoughts on High Speed 2 at the GTMC’s conference later this month.
The MP, who is vice chair of the High Speed Rail APPG and MP for Weaver Vale in Cheshire, will share his thoughts on the route, which he previously said would tackle the north-south divide in the UK.
He will speak in the morning of the London conference on 28 October, with HS2’s operations concept manager Peter Nock also due to speak.
Others in the line-up include Avis Budget’s UK MD Kaye Ceille; Paul Wardlow, director of sales for Starwood and David Mapp from the Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC).
GTMC has also announced its 2014 overseas conference will take place in Marrakesh with easyJet as airline partner.
