New brand campaign for Ritz-Carlton

The Ritz-Carlton Company LLC recently unveiled a newly designed brand logo and brand voice to be implemented across all guest touch points next year.
Hervé Humler, president and chief operating officer, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC and one of the brands founders said: “We believe as an iconic brand that it is our responsibility to provide thought-leadership to drive change in the luxury and hospitality arena.”
The Ritz-Carlton felt the need to evolve and over 10 years, significant changes made have seen positive corresponding shifts. There is evidence to suggest that by identifying shifts and leading change, the brand had, and has, potential to continue to benefit.
