AmaCertoGreat Rail Journeys Ltd - incorporating Rail Discoveries, Great Rail Journeys and GRJ Independent - has announced the launch of their new fully protected UK tour operation under the name of Great Cruise Journeys (GCJ).
The new venture offers customers booking directly a selection of independent cruise holidays that showcase river cruising.
In partnership with AMA and Travelmarvel the collection offers tours to destinations including Austria, France, Germany, Hungary, The Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia and Switzerland.
The launch collection featuring eight holidays includes premium and luxury cruises exploring the Danube, Douro, Main, Rhine and Rhone. Prices start from £1,195 per person for an eight-day Rhine and Main cruise.
Also included is an exclusive charter of the Spirit of Chartwell on the Douro River.
Great Cruise Journeys plan to expand the portfolio for 2018 departures to further explore Europe’s waterways.
