New World Hotels will take over management of the Hyatt Regency Hotel & Casino Manila from 1 January.
The property will be rebranded as the New World Manila Bay Hotel, making this the second property to fly the New World flag in the Philippines capital.
Located in Malate Manila district, a renovation programme for guestrooms and public spaces will take place following the changeover.
The hotel currently features a total of 378 guestrooms, including 63 suites, with executive floors and lounge. Six dining options include a café, Chinese restaurant, a steakhouse, lobby lounge, poolside bar and pastry shop. Meeting spaces include a grand ballroom and four meeting rooms. There is also a range of leisure facilities such as an outdoor pool, a spa and fitness centre. The hotel is part of a complex including a casino.
