Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach is set to bring the essence of Andhra Pradesh's countryside to the city with its Palletoori Panduga Bhojanam festival. Running from 14 to 25 January 2026 at The Square, this curated food festival celebrates the rich culinary heritage of Andhra Pradesh, offering a taste of traditional rural flavours through age-old recipes and cooking techniques.

The festival features dishes prepared with locally sourced ingredients, stone-ground spices, and traditional methods such as slow cooking and wood-fire preparation. The menu includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian specialities, such as Garelu with Natu Kodi, aiming to evoke the nostalgia of home-style festive meals.
