Oakwood opens new Hong Kong property

Oakwood has opened its latest serviced residence in greater China – the Oakwood Apartments Mid Levels East Hong Kong. Located on Kennedy Road, the new property is a five-minute walk from Pacific Place and the Admiralty MTR station. The 28-storey property will feature just one apartment per floor, each of which will be fitted with LCD TVs, DVD players, stereo systems, washer-dryers, fully-equipped kitchens and broadband internet.

With the addition of Oakwood Apartments Mid Levels East Hong Kong, Oakwood now manages more than 1,000 serviced apartment units across five properties in Beijing, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. Also this month the company is expecting to open its first property in Chengdu, while a second Oakwood in Guangzhou will follow in early 2012.
