Online check-in for Hertz in Australia

Hertz has launched an online check-in service for customers in Australia. The new service should help reduce the time it takes for renters to collect their vehicles. By checking in online, customers can provide personal information such as contact telephone numbers, address and driver’s licence details before they leave home. “Waiting time is wasted time,” said Wayne Burgoyne, Director of Sales and Marketing for Hertz Australia. “Both business travellers and leisure travellers want to get going as fast as possible to maximise either their working day or their holiday time.”
Hertz has more than 220 locations in Australia.
