Over 21.6 million Chinese tourists are expected to make trips in the first half of 2008, according to a report by MasterCard Worldwide.
The report said the Asian-Pacific outbound markets will see 79.5 million trips during the first six months of this year, despite the economic uncertainty in the global financial market.
Of this, a quarter would be from China.
