The Chiang Mai Zoo in northern Thailand opened its snow dome for the first time this weekend, and all its 12 sessions were fully booked. The new attraction, housed in the panda-observation area, was welcoming visitors, with each session accommodating 50 people, The Nation quoted the Snow Dome Project Manager, Pongsit Sittiwang, as saying. The zoo recently saw the arrival of its first panda cub, which has become a huge draw for tourists.
