The UK and Sweden experienced the largest declines in personal wealth as result of the global economic crisis, losing 32% and 28% respectively. Australia was the third most dramatically affected country. Boston Consulting Group’s latest Global Wealth Report found personal wealth dropped to $US92.4 trillion in 2008, from $US108.5 trillion in 2007.
