London, UK – Peter Sommer Travels (www.petersommer.com), leading provider of specialist archaeological tours, gulet cruises and private charters in Turkey, Greece – and now Sicily – unveils its new brochure featuring a combination of 21 brand-new and classic tours. These are showcased, together with a great deal of other travel information, from videos to recipes, travel articles to picture galleries, on their newly designed website.
Brand new for 2010 is the addition of Sicily to their unique gulet cruise itineraries, with two new and absolutely exceptional tours exploring the island’s coastline and taking in some of the Mediterranean’s most impressive ancient sites. Another first is a Turkish gastronomic gulet cruise touring the untouched southwest Mediterranean coast while enjoying and learning the art of Turkish cuisine. There are also two new tours in Greece exploring the history, archaeology and beauty of the Dodecanese islands from Samos in the north to Rhodes in the south. Three of the expert led tours are family adventures, holidays designed for families with children aged 7 and over.
Company founder Peter Sommer says: “We strive to create the very finest cultural tours led by the most knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate guides. We offer holidays that are at the same time restful and inspiring, fun and fascinating. Archaeological adventures are at the heart of what we do, bringing history to life, on the very spot it was made, all the while offering exemplary personal care and service.”
Peter Sommer Travels’ new brochure features a rich array of scheduled tours that combine the joy of beautiful boats with small groups of like-minded people (maximum 14 guests on a gulet cruise), all the while offering value for money, experience and quality, and itineraries that have been meticulously planned by expert enthusiasts.
