Police have been called in to investigate a circus in Belarus after customers complained about how bad it was. According to the BBC, the touring circus in the town of Vitebsk had promised “jugglers and midgets, fantasy heroes and performing animals”. Instead, guests had to endure a performance that included jugglers repeatedly dropping their batons, and acrobats falling off their bicycles.
Spectators suspected that some of the performers may have been drunk. “How else can you explain that one fell off their bike three times in two minutes?” one guest told Komsomolskaya Pravda.
