Powerful quakes strikes Indonesia

A series of earthquakes, one of which had a magnitude of 7.6, have rocked eastern Indonesia, killing at least four people, the BBC has reported. The quakes struck close to Manokwari, Irian Jaya province, in the early hours of Sunday morning, according to the US Geological Survey.
The report said that a 10-year-old girl was along those killed and that at least 37 people were being treated in hospital.
