The Radisson Resort Fiji is putting its support behind Earth Hour on March 29.
It will encourage guests to switch off non-essential lights and air-conditioning units in their rooms. The hotel itself will lead by example by shutting down non-essential lighting in the main building areas for an hour.
Justin Phillips, General Manager of the Radisson Resort Fiji Denarau Island, said,” We truly appreciate the importance of being environmentally friendly and spreading this vital message.”
The Radisson Resort Fiji Denarau Island has also engaged Climate Friendly, an organisation which is helping the resort provide an option to its guests to carbon offset their stay.
