Rolls-Royce to open Singapore factory

Aircraft engine maker, Rolls-Royce, will invest more than SG$700 million (US$487 million) to build a new factory in Singapore, ChannelNewsAsia reported. The plant, which is expected to create 500 jobs, will produce fan blades used in commercial aircraft engines.
