Royal Jet has once again been recognised for its safety management, risk processes and operating practices.
Wyvern Consulting Ltd has audited Royal Jet and recognised the airline the Wyvern Wingman Operator Programme. The programmes completed include the Wingman Standard. To be certified, means that the airline is committed to highest level of operational safety and participates in a preferred vendor network that provides live, transparent operational safety data to the Wyvern system.
The other programme International Standard for Business Aviation Operations (IS-BAO) is operated by the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC),.
Captain Patrick Gordon, interim president and chief executive officer of Royal Jet said: “Our aim is to be the benchmark for private charter operators internationally and this global recognition goes a long way in helping us to achieve this.”
Royal Jet currently operates 11 aircraft – six Boeing business jets, two Bombardier Global 5000s, two Bombardier Learjets and one Gulfstream G300.
